Prior to partnering with ChakraPlus, Deccan Mining & Infrastructure Corp operated on an expensive single-use paradigm. Despite operating premium multi-axle prime movers, tyres were discarded prematurely due to unrecognized minor belt punctures, uneven shoulder scrub, and lack of calibrated pressure tracking. - Ultrasonic & Shearography Screening: Every removed tyre was scanned bead-to-bead to isolate repairable nail perforations before structural belt oxidation occurred.
- Precision Cold-Cure Vulcanization: Tread runners using the CP-MiningTough XT high-silica formulation were bonded at a gentle 98°C in our automated autoclave, preventing casing thermal embrittlement.
- Scheduled Yard Custody Sweeps: Weekly collection routes prevented scrap-pile degradation and ensured tyres were pulled at the optimal 3mm remaining tread mark.
