Commercial tubeless and tube-type radial tyres (such as 10.00 R20, 295/80 R22.5, 11 R22.5, 12.00 R20, etc.) from reputable manufacturers with structurally intact casings, sound bead wire bundles, and no extensive internal ply separation are eligible. Every casing goes through our non-destructive ultrasonic and shearography scanner before work begins.

We adhere strictly to international ECE 109 manufacturing and safety benchmarks. We employ pre-cure cold bonding at controlled 98°C temperatures which avoids the casing polymer fatigue common in old-fashioned hot cap vulcanization. In addition, 100% of finished tyres undergo high-pressure inflation tests and dynamic balance audits prior to release.

A premium ChakraPlus retread typically delivers 85% to 105% of the mileage of a brand-new top-tier radial tyre, but costs only 25% to 35% of the new tyre price. For a commercial fleet of 20 vehicles, this translates to annual cost savings in excess of ₹12 to ₹18 Lakhs.

You can select your required service or tread pattern online, specify your tyre count, and schedule a pickup slot. Our logistics team arrives at your yard with digital custody receipts. As your tyres travel through cleaning, shearography inspection, buffing, building, and curing, each stage updates in real time on your tracking portal with photographic reports.

If our shearography scanner detects an injury (such as a hidden nail penetration or localized belt repair), we generate a digital Inspection Report with photos and a clear price revision. Work pauses until you review and approve the revised price directly from your portal or via SMS OTP. If you decline, we return the casing uncharged.

ChakraPlus warranties cover tread bonding integrity, premature separation, and rubber compound adhesion for up to 100,000 KM or 12 months (whichever occurs first). Claims are initiated directly online with photos, and our technical warranty desk inspects and resolves claims within 48 hours.
